A nice young couple👫from Cherry Hill 🍒 called us with a rotting door jamb and a door that wouldn’t stay put (door drift). 😲 Upon inspection, we discovered extensive damage hidden beneath the surface. The previous owner had concealed a crumbling foundation with vinyl wrap and plastic. 😱💦

We removed the damaged door🚪and frame, revealing the full extent of the problem. We stabilized the adjacent concrete floor slab with expandable rigid foam to keep the tile floor from cracking or worse, collapsing. And we rebuilt the concrete foundation ensuring a strong 💪, level base. After the concrete cured, we installed a brand-new door that’s perfectly plumb and secure! 🛠💯️

Despite the recent rain 🌧️ delays, the final result was worth the wait. This door is now set to last for decades! 🎉🙌✅
